Kerry qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and since then has practised exclusively in the field of personal injury.
Kerry has spent the majority of her career acting on behalf of insurance companies, specialising in high-value and complex personal injury claims. She has expertise in handling claims arising from road traffic accidents, accidents in the workplace and accidents that occur on public or private property. She also has extensive experience advising insurance companies on insurance and policy related matters.
Kerry joined Lyons Davidson at the beginning of 2016 and now acts exclusively on behalf of claimants. She handles serious and catastrophic injury claims, and routinely deals with claims involving spinal trauma, orthopaedic injury, amputations, chronic pain and psychiatric injury.
