Katie is a highly experienced and technically skilled solicitor who deals with cases involving complex injury.
As a law graduate, Katie worked with Government Legal Services dealing with personal injury litigation and investigating institutional child abuse. She then worked as a graduate trainee in-house with a large motor insurer, with exposure to all aspects of motor claims, specialising in personal injury.
Katie joined Lyons Davidson as a paralegal in 2001 and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Katie has specialised in personal injury litigation since qualification, acting for both claimants and defendants; her defendant experience has provided invaluable insight for her claimant cases.
Katie has been instructed on behalf of children and adults including adults who lack capacity to conduct their own cases, covering a wide variety of claims involving pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, passengers, injuries arising in the workplace and injuries arising on public and private property.
