Occupation Orders: What They Are, Who Can Apply, and How the Court Decides
- A range of articles and guidance notes on legal issues and topics
- An online document library covering a range of situations including home and housing, work, family and consumer disputes, and an online Will
In the Legal Hub you can read articles, guidance notes or videos on a range of current legal topics. The service allows you to register to receive notifications when new advice or trending topics are posted so that you can stay up to date.
The Legal Hub also provides you with a link to the online documents system, a login for the customer portal to access any files for any claim we are pursuing for you, and a messaging facility if you need help with any other legal issues.
Within the online legal documents, you’ll be asked a series of questions that provide the necessary information to create the legal document for you. Each document comes with helpful guidance and tips as you answer the questions and can easily be changed to suit your situation.
The service allows you to:
- Build your own legal documents, tailored to your needs
- Save and store the document securely
- Download your completed documents
- Receive an email copy with any advice about your document
- For an extra charge you can ask for a review of your document
Please note that due to differences in law some documents aren’t available in parts of the UK.
At this stage you will need separate logins for the Legal Hub and the Online documents but these will be linked in the future.
