LD Extra is our online service that links seamlessly with Filestream, so that clients can check the files they need, when they need. Business clients can see any file they choose, use on-screen arrays or develop their own reports. Our clients can also grant LD Extra access to their own clients, so that they can see the progress of their case online and talk to their case handler, all in one place.

Companies can use LD Extra so their staff can:

  • Search for a file and view its history
  • See the individuals and companies working on a file and monitor outstanding activity
  • View documents and notes on the file
  • Send a message to the person dealing with the file
