Lyons Davidson’s Catastrophic Injury and Clinical Negligence teams held a Hats for Headway day on Friday, 13 May in support of Headway, the brain injury association.
Headway is a charity that works to improve life after brain injury. The campaign during Action for Brain Injury Week focused on those involved in sport, to be “concussion aware” (using the hashtag #ConcussionAware) and they are looking for pledges of support from amateur sports clubs, schools, colleges and universities across the UK to sign up to the campaign and pledge to take an ‘if in doubt, sit it out’ approach.
Lyons Davidson employees have had a fun day wearing all manner of hats, offering a hat hire service and a cake bake. The total amount raised was £100.
