Today is Colleague Appreciation Day at Lyons Davidson.
We are all taking time to consider how much we appreciate the people we work with. Each member of staff has received a personalised card today from their manager with words of appreciation together with chocolates.
We have also created a kudos board which is called the Roarsome Board, which has gone down a storm. Members of staff have been sending their messages of appreciation to colleagues, which everybody who works at Lyons Davidson can read on our intranet.
Colleague Appreciation Day has caused a really positive feeling at Lyons Davidson today: long may it continue!
